Ole Soccer Club
Ole SC is a soccer club based in Grand Rapids, Michigan that provides the opportunity to serious and commited soccer players. Ole holds pride in offering a unique style of play called the "latican style". Ole's method of coaching and club philosophy is original and not "straight out the books". The way of living your soccer life is a movement that has been created by Ole's own Director Of Coaching, Jose Fabian Rodriguez and passed on to our members by our Ole coaches and volunteers. We praise creativity and develop attack oriented players, who play with heart, imagination and make magic with the ball. The most important part of the Ole philosophy is to look at our club members as a family. The Ole coaches work hard to strengthen our players values, set a positive environment and most important, promote soccer as a fun experience through our "latican style".
Ole will begin it's third year as a club this 2009/2010 season, with currently 12 youth select teams competing in different leagues, tournaments and training year round. Ole SC begins at the bottom by offering a Youth Developmental Program for boys and girls U4-U9. The YDP is a fast growing program in our club and one day will be the main feeder program for Ole SC select teams. To complete the player development process, at Ole we also offer an Adult program for players who are interested in continuing their soccer career with the club. Our Adult program consists of 3 teams, Ole Men's division 1, Ole Men's division 2 and the Ole Women's team.
