Match Report
A poor start by Bordesley allowed Edgbaston to take control of the game and Edgbaston deserved to take the lead after 25 mins and they then added a second just before half-time with some awful defending from Bordesley. The second half Bordesley started to look better and pulled a goal back from Darren O'Laughlin but Edgbaston took control again and added a third with more woeful defending from Bordesley. Bordesley pulled another goal back with six minutes remaining from Richard Lowry but to no avail as Edgbaston were the better team on the day and deserved their victory.
A very poor display from Bordesley with only Anthony Barlow in defence who was outstanding and some brave goalkeeping from Rob Bell that saved us from a heavier defeat.
