Match Report
With Bordesley kicking against the wind in the 1st half they found it hard to get out of their own half at times and Billesley put them under a lot of pressure. Rob Bell pulled off a fine save to stop Billesley taking the lead and some great defending from Bordesley kept the scoreline blank. Bordesley took the lead when a Billesley player was unlucky to handle in the area and Lee Reading smashed the penalty away. The 2nd half Billesley started brightly and equalised with a well taken goal after 55 mins. Bordesley started to step up a gear and missed a few chances to take the lead again and finally regained the lead with a goal from Richard Deans. Bordesley missed a few more chances to extend their lead and held out to gain a good 3 points.
A good performance in difficult conditions against a good Billesley side.
